If you are looking to move into 221 Balliol, the superintendent Jose, assistant super Nilda and their crew are a huge selling point. They are remarkably attentive to tenant needs and always go the extra mile to help out. I have lived here for eight years and know that they are truly responsible for keeping this building running smoothly.
First of all, thank you to the park property management and staff who always responded to our calls and concerns promptly, especially the superintendent and assistant superintendent for their continuous support and excellent service. We are also grateful to have such fantastic neighbors throughout the building — respectful, kind-hearted people who always greet each other warmly in the elevator and common areas. Very fast service!
Park Property Management, great place for 22 yrs at 221 Balliol, staff wonderful, maintenance 1 or 2 days fixed UNTIL Summer of 2024, - all new staff.The Building Manager and Assistant Manager of above building are the worst according to many of the tenants I've spoken to, even going to the extent of these 2 Managers lying, which has made the building going down quickly and now has tenants that dispise Park Property Management.
