My friend lives here. Close to borh Dupot and Spadina TTC stations.
Taking time to write this only cuz of the experience with the leasing agent Neil Davis. I made an inquiry through rentals.ca and received an email insisting on calling after 11 pm. I tried calling and there wasn't any answer. Left a message and no reply. Hence, I replied to his email asking if a particular time for the showing is okay. The guy simply replies stating that no it is not without giving an alternative option. Then I asked, what time works for him? He replied that I need to call. The building itself is fine and Park Property does an adequate job maintaining it. The current maintenance staff are nice and respond to emails. However beware of the leasing agent Neil, the guy straight up lies about repairs that will be done to units, he's outwardly rude in person and via email, doesn't respond to emails or texts in a timely manner and then when he does his information is inaccurate, incomplete or just missing. Not sure how this guy is employed tbh
Got a really bad vibe off the rental agent for this place, the guy was pretty condescending in the email and wasn't willing to address any of the issues with the apartment he showed. He kinda just seemed like he was annoyed that we asked about some stuff that needed repairs. Neil I think was the guy's name, so avoid him, he had the attitude of a sleazy used car salesman trying to sell me a lemon. Waste of time.
