Living at 121 Minerva Ave, Unit 607 has been a frustrating experience, especially for someone who works late or enjoys cooking after 10 PM. The neighbor directly below our unit has repeatedly knocked on our door or banged on their ceiling whenever we have a late dinner, making it extremely difficult to feel comfortable in our own home. Despite reporting this issue to building management, the neighbor denied any wrongdoing, and no real resolution was reached. I have had a great experience so far. Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and welcoming. A strong sense of community. Everyday is peaceful
We are living in one of the Park Property's apartment at Minerva Avenue for around 2 years. We are very happy with the service the management provide throughout the year. If we face any problem they quickly solve that.
