RecommendedPark pointe management company, but mostly Sarah, is a breath of fresh air compared to our prior property management company. She is wonderful to work with. My husband and I recently had issues with our prior property management company. When Park Pointe took over, Sarah help my husband and I out substantially, making it possible to refinance our home. Park Pointe Management is the best property management company I have worked with. Sarah Ellis is the rep for my neighborhood and seems to care about the neighborhood HOA codes as much as she does the residents. I made a mistake by doing a home change without knowing I needed to to ask the HOA for permission. Sarah was able to broker the situation to a pointe that every party was happy without having to take further and god forbid legal action. I must say that the many times that I have contacted this company, due to them being the HOA management company, I was not only contacted immediately if left a voicemail but always been treated exceptionally well.
