Previous reviews are an honest representation of this complex. I am a current resident. Place is infested with roaches so that is still a problem. I had a leaky faucet in the restroom. Maintenance came out to fix the leak and caused an even larger leak. I’ve never had maintenance out and they do a successful repair. Upon moving in about two months ago, we encountered roaches and bedbugs. I tried to be super understanding and deal with the issue myself after contacting the front office and getting absolutely no reply after being here a month I realize that I did not have control of my own heat and I asked the front office When would it be cut off because one it’s the month of May and it’s already getting hot and two to counterbalance the uncontrollable heat I had to run multiple AC units so as you can expect, I was afraid of very high ut... read more
Pictures are all fake. Negative zero stars for this place DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is run down and trashed the management have no respect for themselves or the tenants the condition of the building is disgusting if the management had any respect for themselves they would not hav this place in a disgusting condition its currently in. They don't deserve the tenants money. shut this place down!!!

I love living here at Park Point. Ali and Molly are awesome property managers. They both have great customer service and are empathetic towards my issues and have resolved them quickly. Great apartments Amazing staff! Highly recommended!
