This apartment complex is operated by an LLC managed by a lawyer that, in my opinion, treats the tenants and employees with ambivalence. I have seen 3 apartment managers in an 8 month period of time. Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for everything, parking garage, outside garages, and pool all carry an additional fee. The fee for the pool is currently $100 a season.
