AWFUL!! this building is just awful, i understand that since the hurricane last year many buildings were condemmed but they have made no effect to try to fix the place up, many people are still living here and paying the same high rent for a building that is falling apart, dirty, the highways have dirt and rocks, it smells awful in the apartments, several of the workers have walked into the apt without knocking even, the elevator takes 4 or 5 tried untill the door closes and I feared for my life when i used it, its infested ... read more

nightmare Never ever rent at this place its a total scam and the people in some of the buildings there are as getto as you can get there is no respect what so ever and the handicaps signs??? thats just a decoration nobody respect them at all in other words you get what you pay for. the lack of professionalism of the office is out of this world.

Poor Facilities Constant leaking problems from ceilings. Laundry area dryers never dry your clothes properly. You pay $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. You might be lucky to find a dryer on another floor that will dry your clothes, but who wants to be travelling from floor to floor. You pay for a service that is not delivering. Spacious bedrooms, poor facilities.

management are crooks and scammers I move in just before hurricane Wilma and 3 months after and nothing was fixed. No working laundry, no working elevators and no hallway lights for months post hurricane so when I told management I can't live like this, they told me no problem and they will charge me a nominal amount for breaking my lease. They refuse to do a walk through with me when I moved out and ~2 months later they send me a bill to the apartment I left even though they have my new address so I can't challenge the fake... read more
