In the process of looking for an really nice and clean apartment to live in after my husband passed away. I took a drive down Downey Ave. and stubbled across 17050 Park Plaza apartments I was very impressed with cleanliness of the grounds inside and out and how quiet the tenants were. After calling the (562) number listed several times with out an answer. I took a scary chance with just applying trying to be 1st to apply.
