I'm reporting a terrible experience with this dealership on my attempted purchase of a used Lexus with only 13,574 miles. I had worked with their salesman John B******* both on the phone and internet to purchase a vehicle in their inventory and posted on-line. John sent me pictures of some front end bumper damage that needed repair. He said he would take the car to their repair center and fix the bumper and let me know when car would be ready. I was looking for a range rover and came across a search at Park Place Volvo. I clicked on buy now to get the information to contact someone. I talked to a guy named Brian I told him that I was interested in a 2011 Land Rover, and I asked him what they work with somebody who had less than perfect credit he stated yes.
