Excellent garage condominium business. Easy to purchase and well managed. If you are looking for a storage investment, this is it.
Edited to add after owner's comment. I love this storage garage! I just wish the exit key pad was somewhere easier to access, and was closer to the gate when getting out. Thats the only reason 4 stars. Otherwise it is great
