Where did Shabi go??? Unfortunately we had to deal with Jake who was awful and rude to us! We will take our business elsewhere. Such a shame since we were very happy with Park Place before yesterday.
Where to begin... My experience with Park Place was unfortunately less than ideal. Went in for radiator + ac condenser replacement for my Lotus Elise after vehicle being previously diagnosed by Park Place. Was quoted 3 days, ended up being 3 months. Was bounced between 3 different service managers. Service managers were very difficult to get ahold of; at one point, I hadn't heard anything in weeks. On 03-06-2024 I brought my Maserati gran Turismo to park place because I was having issues with my battery. The battery that park place put in 2022 was bad battery on that time park place mechanic told me that they found water in my trunk and he told me that mechanic need 4 hours to find the problem after 4 hours I paid 800 dollars and mechanic didn’t found what is cause the problem and where is the leak come from.
