Jake and Rob’s Lotus team took good care of my Emira for its routine Lotus campaigns. I got the HVAC resister pack water intrusion prevention and software updates done, amongst other things. I was impressed by the Lotus techs’ attention to detail; they saw that my cargo net was a mess and fixed it up for me.
The character of an individual comes to the fore when things don't proceed as planned. I want to ensure that Brendan Bischoff is recognized for his candor and ability to engineer a solution that respected my time which is precious. He is a fantastic customer facing representative for Park Place Motors' service department.
Where did Shabi go??? Unfortunately we had to deal with Jake who was awful and rude to us! We will take our business elsewhere. Such a shame since we were very happy with Park Place before yesterday.
