He is a fantastic customer facing representative for Park Place Motors' service department.
Where did Shabi go??? Unfortunately we had to deal with Jake who was awful and rude to us! We will take our business elsewhere. Such a shame since we were very happy with Park Place before yesterday.
Where to begin... My experience with Park Place was unfortunately less than ideal. Went in for radiator + ac condenser replacement for my Lotus Elise after vehicle being previously diagnosed by Park Place. Was quoted 3 days, ended up being 3 months. Was bounced between 3 different service managers. Service managers were very difficult to get ahold of; at one point, I hadn't heard anything in weeks.
