This company is out to make $$$. Less abound come from this place. Do not trust them.....EVER. They will say what ever needs to be said in order to get you to pay then immediately take the money and run. But they don't discriminate. I'm a disabled vet and they did it to me and my disabled wife so I'd imagine they'll do it to anyone.
Worst landlords I have ever dealt with and I've moved into some bad places before this in college. They don't respond to email because they can just pretend they never saw it. They are rude over the phone. Everything I'm saying mainly pertains to Marilyn, she's terrible at taking care of her clients, nor does she care that she is bad at her job. She will lie about when things got done and try to make you feel powerless. Just remember California is a renters state and lawyers for tenants are paid for by our tax dollars.
Park Place Realty is a great full-service real estate company. They were my rental company before I move into a new house, which they helped with find, purchase and were able to get me a re-fi when the rates lowered! I find the staff to be really friendly, Marilyn Lewis runs the Asset Management division and she goes the whole 9 yards for you!
