Our home in San Diego – Have had Park Place realty managing our home and adjacent mother-in-law quarters since 2006 after numerous failure's with other companies,(ie..Utopia,etc..). I don't believe that they aren't having properties well maintained or repaired unless of course they are sending us false statements of repairs done to property. TERRIBLE REALTY MANAGEMENT NEGLIGENT Manager – Management takes days up to weeks to respond to a request for repair, such as water leaks, pipe leaks, toilet mal functions, and other issues. Manager Monic Marquis can never be reached by tenants by phone, when there is urgent matters regarding the condition of the house. Terrible customer service and discriminatory housing practice. This agency needs to be reported to appropriate housing authority for disciplinary actions.
