Out of all the places to live in Oxford I wouldn’t recommend this one. The first day we moved in our washer flooded our entire apartment. Maintenance would not respond for days to weeks at a time. When calling to inquire Renee was standoffish and rude even laughing at request. Spend an extra couple hundred and go else where.
I've lived here going on 5 years now. I love it. No noisy undergrads live here. No red solo cup parties. No beer pong. Actual working adults live here. Renee & her team are attentive & right on anything that becomes an issue. My apartment is wonderful - full of light and spacious. I've become friends with my neighbors across the way. For the first time since I moved back to Oxford, I finally feel that where I live is home.
Park Place is a wonderful place to rent from. The office staff and the maintenance crew are great. My place had been renovated before I moved in and I was very happy with it.
My daughter rented with Park Place while she went to grad school at Miami University. Renee made communication very easy and she was attentive to the few small issues that came up with a quick response. She even helped get someone over with an early morning lockout before clinicals. I would definitely recommend Park Place to anyone renting in the Oxford area
