I am currently living in The Landings in Altamonte Springs, the assistant there, who is the only person that is person I'm ever able to deal with is condescending and rude. The landscapers that have been hired to maintain our property do nothing other than blow leaves around without picking them up. The areas for walking dogs are not maintained and covered with piles of leaves and this is FL so snakes and the like could be in those leaves. I wanted to thank the staff of Park Place for going above and beyond to help me. Kelsey in particular went out of her way to take care of an issue that I had. My home had a problem and she not only fixed it but got it taken care of for free with the vendor. I could not be happier.

Totally agree with the above review. Park place is managing my community in Lake Mary. It took almost a month to receive gate transponders that didn't work. There is only one person that responds to phone calls and that's the secretary. All the others are supposedly too busy and goes straight to voice mail. I will be petitioning our HoA group to move to another community management group.

Park Place Co property management manages my community in Saint Cloud, FL. I have been trying to get them to start properly maintaining the community for almost a year, without success. Let the pictures of my community speak for itself. 8-5-19 update -> They started to cut the grass. But landscaping in general is still sloppy. Trash is still not being addressed,as the bottle of pee under the lake bench is still there and I will not collect trash anymore.
