I bought a McLaren here and was assured there would be a 1-year warranty and service, from 2 team members. This did not happen. When I bought the car, my biggest concern was the electrical issues known for McLarens. The sales team eased my concerns by assuring me there was a 1-year warranty for any issues, and that the first year’s service was included. I hate writing negative reviews, but my experience with McLaren Dallas leaves me no choice. I purchased a 2018 McLaren 720S Certified Pre-Owned, and shortly after buying it, I had to spend $11,000 out of pocket to replace front rotors that were near the end of their life.
