Went in today to look at some mclarens did not get any respect. I guess they assume you don’t have money based on how you dress or your age. I’ll go work with a different McLaren dealership. They had the nerve to lie and say we can’t go on a test drive today too, I watched 4 other customers go on test drives while waiting 30 minutes to get a sales person attention. Samantha is a sub par salesperson with no class.

I would avoid working with the salesperson Samantha. She did not treat us with the professionalism and respect a client deserves, and certainly did not earn my business.

I bought a McLaren here and was assured there would be a 1-year warranty and service, from 2 team members. This did not happen. When I bought the car, my biggest concern was the electrical issues known for McLarens. The sales team eased my concerns by assuring me there was a 1-year warranty for any issues, and that the first year’s service was included. I just took my McLaren in for its first year’s service, and now it’s magically not included. I’ve also had issues with my McLaren, and those aren’t covered either. It feels l... read more

I hate writing negative reviews, but my experience with McLaren Dallas leaves me no choice. I purchased a 2018 McLaren 720S Certified Pre-Owned, and shortly after buying it, I had to spend $11,000 out of pocket to replace front rotors that were near the end of their life.
