Nice quiet place to live.
I lived at Park Place Olde Town for a year with my four year old and absolutely loved it! The location is phenomenal - it's easy access/five minutes to I-70 and a five minute walk to old town, which made it so fun to explore Old Town. The pool in the summer time is perfectly quaint and well-kept, and there's a new play park outside the back of the apartment, which was clutch for my four year old. My husband and I only recently moved, but I have to say that the team at Park Place is AMAZING. Alex and Christian are incredibly friendly and treated us like family. Everyone on the team was so beyond kind, so caring, and so attentive. I knew that if I ever had something that needed to be fixed or corrected, there would be no issue at all. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the complex is quiet and peaceful.
