Ms. Anderson, B. at the check-in desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her lack of compassion and concern was clearly evident during the time she spent with myself during the check-in process. I understand this is an income based dental/medical practice, however, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. At one point when I returned to the counter to be assisted by Ms. Anderson, she refused to acknowledge me and appeared to be agitated because I was standing in front of her while she appeared to look on... read more
