We purchased a high-end king mattress from an authorized distributor in Columbia, SC. It has proven to be one of the worst decisions we could have made! The original mattress had grease and oil stains on it when it was delivered from the factory. We were encouraged to use some cleaner on it and keep it. Out of business. The 3 Orders brothers ran it in to the ground.
Have not had a good sleep on my King Koil mattress after the third month of purchase. Thought I had a warranty but it’s been difficult to make a claim.
They sell used return / warranty defect products out the back door. Many internet returned products have shipped to stores to be sold as new product and they knowingly turn down warranty claims on these items cause they know they can beat a little man in court.
