I really love my little community. Management is so friendly and understanding. Especially Pablo. He has a sweet and caring spirit. My case was a complicated one but he saw it through that resulted in an approval. Park Place is a peaceful place that I enjoy calling home.

I moved my elderly mother because I truly believed that this complex was really good for her. I was impressed by the old staff and really enjoyed visiting her. Today, I experienced my first dissatisfaction with the complex. When I moved my mother into the complex I was given a residential sticker for my car and I paid $50 to obtain another sticker for another car, with no issue, so that I could have access to get into the complex 24 hours a day. I like Park Place. I miss Debi, but the new team is professional and helpful. Although, I don’t participate in all of the activities, I can pick and choose what I want. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Don’t do it! Homeless people living outside (pics below), police here all the time. Quality of life, It’s really changed. I am moving. Not worth the money. The events are a joke

Not a better proximity to square. Tennis, racquetball courts instead of existing.
