Avoid Almin ( sales person ) and Justin ( manager ) ..why ?? If they make mistake with your car ( specially when you order the car ) t this 2 person won’t fix it..this happen to me and wife a month ago when we ordered X7 M60..and now they block our number LOL.the best sales person is Wendy ..too bad she’s quit from this dealer .
Recently purchased my G90 m5 and I have to say one of the best experiences buying a vehicle I’ve had the process was extremely easy and the customer service was great I had sergei as my salesman and he was very communicative throughout the whole process 10/10 will definitely purchase my next bmw here!
I’ve never purchased a car from outside of Colorado but my local BMW dealers were being so unhelpful and very uneducated about the cars they have. Sergei is amazing to work with very knowledge & trustworthy. I would buy a car from him anytime, he made sure to listen to what I needed & put me in the right vehicle.
If I could recommend one sales guy to work with for the rest of your life, it would be Karl. The knowledge, time and effort that he puts into his clients and job is immaculate. He’s patient, understanding and all around amazing. This man deserves a raise.
