Initial process of purchasing the vehicle was great, they seemed like great people to work with. I walked in knowing what I wanted prior to searching online and I had a great experience. However once they got their money and I left with the vehicle everything since then was crap. I called my salesman with a few questions 3 or maybe 4 times talking with him once and he was going to call me back and all the other times he didn’t answer and I left messages. I’d love to say I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. However, I won’t be back and will not be recommending for anyone else to come here. I purchased a car, and the dealership said hey we’ll fix this one thing for ya for nothing extra it’s in the shop now, and now I’ve had the car a month and it’s already in the shop with problems from what they fixed. I completely understand it’s an older vehicle so problems are bound to happen but being that it was an issue that stemmed from what they “fixed” is frustrating. W... read more
