RecommendedWent for a birthday dinner and it was very good. Staff was very nice and the place was comfortable and not overcrowded. Wish I would have had room for dessert.
We had great Food and Service when dining here. We eat out often at $$ and $$$ priced establishments in Columbus and Central Ohio. We had the Calamari for an appetizer. Being my BF is from California and I too had lived there, it would rival any establishment we have ordered from. My Chicken Piccata was excellent and he enjoyed the Tabasco Shrimp Pasta. We do not normally order dessert but this night we did at the suggestion of our Waitress and we split the cup of joe and it was one of the best desserts we ever tasted.
A friend and I chose the Bistro for dinner before a show at the Midland, Friday night. We were seated promptly at 6:20 pm. After about 15 minutes we still had not seen our waitress and had to ask someone to send her over. The waitress was friendly and apologetic, but clearly overwhelmed. We placed our order and the wait continued. At 7:30 pm we still did not have food and had to leave without eating so we would not be late for the show. It was very disappointing.
The food was delicious and the staff gave us excellent service. Very nice upscale restaurant/bar on the square!
I am visiting Newark Ohio on business. The town has a lovely town square with a county court house snd small businesses on the square. Park Place Bistro was referred to me by a local client. It’s clean, cozy with style, and the staff is super friendly and professional. The food is excellent! And the prices reasonable. I had salmon last night and Parmesan crusted chicken tonight!
My wife and i found this place on google could not be more happy you just need to go everything was amazing.
Food was horrible and over priced for what was brought out... service was horrible... no drink refills.... waiting over an hr for our food! Took my mom here for Mother’s day and well I will say we will never be back. Just horrible! I would not recommend!
This place suks, took my mom and aunt there for mother's day 2017, steak sucked but good salad. Waitress was great! Not her fault food sucked. Had to walk for that bullshit. Never return.
