We’ve been here a year and a half and have had 2 new washers due to ours breaking, replaced almost instantly. Anytime we have a work order it’s filled within 24-48 hours. The management is incredible and has worked with helping us to transfer to a bigger unit without us giving a notice. The office has introduced us to friends in the building who have kids, since we don’t know any parents or many people in the area. We love it here and as long as we are stationed in Virginia we will be here.
I love living at Park Place. The location is super convenient. The apartments are cozy and spacious.The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I've been here almost 2 years and the staff has consistently been VERY responsive to whatever it was I needed- from replacing a light bulb to knocking down a beehive. The amenities (pool fitness center, car wash port, grills) are also very nice and kept current and clean. terrible customer service even for prospects
I am not sure who to contact since this location does not answer phones. I have come in twice and was turned away rudely. There is a lady that works on weekends, she was also working at 3:30 on 6/8. The first time we visited she turned us away saying there were no apartments to tour; I just had a specific question about when an apartment would be available. Second time, my fiancé went in and she said nothing besides come back in an hour. He pointed out that they would close in an hour and she asked him the time and said oh t... read more
Just moved in last Friday (6/29/2018) and have had a few issues; however, Mario from maintenance has been working overtime to make life better and I couldn’t be happier with him. Carol, Tanya and Sarah from the front office have been fantastic as well, and have made my transition so much easier. I’m very happy I made the move to Park Place at Van Dorn. �
The biggest problem since the beginning of the year is lack of parking spaces. It seems as though to many parking passes have been given out, so now there aren't enough spaces for all the renters. I pay over $2k a month rent and if I come home after 11pm I will have to park outside the fenced in area which is ridiculous.
