The landscaping needs... (Verified Renter) The landscaping needs a lot of work. There is also a severe problem of lighting. In the apartment complex I came from, all paths were brightly lit when one came home at night. It gave a high level of safety. On a dark night here, I don't see how people can walk their dogs. It is very uncomfortable feeling. The gates are often, if not always broken. Both back and front are broken today as I write this.

The buildings need... (Verified Renter) The buildings need better up keep. The walls and doors are covered in stuff and need to be pressure cleaned. I have been here a year and it hasn't happened yet.
At the moment... (Verified Renter) At the moment I am trying to move to a same apt in a different location in the complex. I am being told I can only move up within the complex. Seems arbitrary since someone will live there and we are stable long term residents. I have been told since moving in that this move was possible now new management says no. Very disappointing and may impact lease renewal.

(Verified Renter) I was told my unit has double walled windows to keep my unit quiet, since I live in a unit facing Maguire St. The cars tend to get very loud Day and night and it gets unnerving...and I lived in Chicago off North Avenue, near an intersection (a very busy/loud location. That apartment was quieter than this one.
The leasing agent... (Verified Renter) The leasing agent Lisa and maintenance manager John go above and beyond to address and resolve any and all concerns in a timely manner. They are the top reason I live here. They have made my living experience pleasant here.
