Nice place to live, slightly outdated fixtures. However, they will nickel and dime you on your way out the door. Shame, the manager and team were very nice. Too bad the corporation has to get that extra little bit of money.
We have lived here for several years now, both the local management staff and maintenance staff are excellent. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly even in an emergency after hours. Had another quick response to a few routine maintenance problems handled by Tim, Jake and Javel taking care of the issues.
I’ve lived here for several years and absolutely love it here. It is the perfect location to settle down in the heart of Fountain Hills and get the entire small town experience. Out of all of my years of living in apartments, the maintenance staff here is TOP TIER. Jake, Javal, Tim, all of them. They responded almost always same day to requests and handle them very professionally. Mark the property manager here is sharper than a tack. I’ve lived here longer than Mark has been here and he has been a HUGE positive impact here.... read more
