I just experienced the single worst customer service call of my life, courtesy of service advisor Derik. Without warning, he cold called me and doubled the quote I had been given the day before for a new key, one I had already declined. When I asked for an explanation, he flatly refused, dismissively saying, “That’s the final price and there’s nothing you can do about it.” He even went as far as to say, “If all the planets align, then we can help you,” as if my request was a joke instead of a serious service need.
