I never once had a problem with roommates or neighbors. Management? The only way I could get them to address my concern was to go in during office hours and then threaten them with arbitration. Which I finally had to do to get my deposit back because the on-site manager failed to provide my new address. They would not pay the $100 penalty fee. Not only that, I live here for two years and it took until my last semester for them to put in an after hours office number. Their maintenance and repairs are band-aids for bullet hole... read more

It was good for the price. My only complaint is that we have requested that our AC be fixed twice, and they haven't, even though they came and fixed other things.
