Management is crazy as helllll. I have never been a day late on rent in the year I have lived there and I had an emergency medial situation and needed out of my lease with ONE month left and they refused to work with me. Can’t wait till I can get the F$@ck outta there. Oh and not to mention they made me wait 2 weeks to get my AC fixed when it was the middle of July and my toilet was messed up and they simply said “we don’t have a maintenance man”. The new manager seems better and I hope she will make the improvements needed.
This is the worse place I have ever seen. The manger was a liar and a scans artists. She lied every single day about something.
Very unprofessional desk lady who we noticed was a liar. Always changing her story said to come in a certain day and time then called 30 mins prior to the appt to reschedule then called saying she hadn’t even done the paperwork and said she hadn’t talked to my job when the manager and other worker had both spoken to her! Do not trust this place to call home!!!
New property manager. She will lie to you and then share your information with other tenants
Management is very poor. Takes several weeks to get simple repairs. After almost 2 years of never being a day late on rent, went 3 weeks without ac with small children. Several neighbors having similar problems. Once reporting the problem me and my husband neither could reach office number....ring once and go to voice mail. Had to use a friends phone number to reach the office.very frustrating. Tenants with very small children have been living without AC for 11 days. No help, just excuses everyday. So no, I would not recommend this complex to anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable and not how you run any type of business let alone how you treat people.
Recommendedsuch a great place to call home. the units our very spacious and have been remodeled. It is also close to everything
