This complex is horrible. If you have children do not live here. I lived here for one and half years, and I felt like I was in a camp. You will be subjected to monthly inspections of you unit and if they do not like you 4 violations and you can be evicted. The units are large and the rent is under the rural development . They are slow on repairs and half way done. I would look somewhere else. I think this place was built I 1980's

I lived at this apartment complex for one year. The day I tried to move in the a/c was broke. I had problems with my water heater throughout the year. The roaches were horrible and it wasnt because my apartment was dirty. We were supposed to have monthly pest control and that stopped for about five months. When I moved out the apartment was cleaner than it was when I moved in and I was told by the landlord that I wouldnt get my deposit back because thats just the way it was with apartments.
