Holly in the leasing department was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire application and lease signing process. Very understanding, good at communicating, and kind. It was great to be able to do all of the paperwork online during a pandemic. Looking forward to moving into my new home soon.
I tried to lease with this company and they are terrible. I was told I would be allowed a three month lease and that there was apartments available. After being shown the apartment, the person showing me the apartment told me to wait a couple week before filling out the application which I did. When I went to fill out the application, a 3-month lease was not available. I contacted the office and they told me they no longer do 3-month leases. Don't depend on this company.
