The property was nice! The wait for an agent was a little long. The lady in the first office when you walk in greeted me and another lady and told us someone would be with us shortly, but we ended up waiting almost 10 minutes. Alex was nice and knowledgeable! They weren’t offering any move-in specials like some of the other surrounding complexe though, so we may go with a different complex, but will keep this 1 in mind if needed in future.

We lived at this complex for three years, and our experience was far from the best. Our building (Building 3, to be exact) has had ongoing water and mold issues for the past two years. One of our neighbors had their unit flooded due to an upstairs plumbing issue and ultimately had to move out. Although the leak was supposedly repaired, mold later began growing in the main hallway of the building, and to my knowledge, it is still there. La persona que estaba en la recepción creó su nombre es Alexander no tuvo nada de atención para mí y mi hijo que en este caso estábamos muy interesados en rentar pero al ver el trato que nos dio decidimos no hacerlo. No nos miraba a los ojos, no nos invitó a centrarnos, su vestimenta no era la apropiada para trabajar allí, su ropa estaba arrugada y su barba muy descuidada. They are not fixing the gate issue for months!! The guests can't get in without someone else entering/leaving the apartments as the their system doesn't work even if you dial the code 100 times!!
