This apartment complex is overrun by a secret society of unchecked children. I'm honestly afraid one of them will run in front of my car one day. Atlas Management has recently taken over, I've been waiting on a maintenance request for 5 months! If you're thinking of moving here, don't do it. After 7 months, most of my maintenance requests have finally been addressed. He even came from a different property to help, which I really appreciate. Maintenance at this property however, has been extremely inconsistent. Management: 0 STARS. Living here feels like a prison there’s trash everywhere I keep getting sick from mold and someone took a picture of me through my window!my upstairs neighbors have a sub that shake my whole apartment and the ants are crazy and it’s super sad because I found better ones for cheaper right after moving in!Side note I will be so so sad if they don’t fix the pool I was promised a pool !

Since moving in, I’ve dealt with multiple unresolved issues that directly impact basic living conditions. The unassigning of the parking spaces is extremely bothersome being that my car spot was in my lease and it is right in front of my window. Now people just park wherever they want even people with multiple cars and there is nowhere close to park sometimes. It is making me consider other options. Also no management on property is weird. I would appreciate a property manager in the future.
