The office is always closed, the property is dirty, lots of litter everywhere. The management is unresponsive and will not address my concerns relating to pests like RATS coming near my building because they refuse to address neighbors leaving trash bags on the back patio space for them to tear into. The apartments themselves have no soundproofing, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. The only positive is that the dishwasher works. This apt complex has a lot of work to do. It's not in the best shape, and mold issues too. We have been trying to get them to come out, but no response.
This review is all based on Gary, the manager, and Steve, and Noah. Gary is hands down, the best manager around, period! He has made this place better. He has toughed it out, and made things better, instead of leaving like other managers always did. Steve and Noah are maintenance. They've stuck to their guns, and have also stayed, and made this place better.... But, there isn't a pool in working order,.... I have lived in the Park Place Apartments in Tigard for over a year now. I am very comfortable here. the neighbors are respectful, and management is great at what they do. this is a quiet complex. The apartments are a nice size. if I had to complain about anything it would only be that at least in my apartment there is no power outlet in the bathroom. To reiterate I absolutely love it here.
