The Maintenance man tried to walk in my apartment with his own set of keys without consent. With every maintenance request they are supposed to ask you if they are allowed to walk in of you are not home. We NEVER gave permission to walk in if we don’t answer the door. They sent a 24 hour notice to BOMB the apartment for ROACHES on Monday making it sound like they were coming on Tuesday, they set the request to be completed on the Thursday and did not confirm if we would be home or if this was ok to come in. There is zero visitor parking at my complex. My friend got a big green tow warning for parking inside. The following week, she parked at the nearby shopping center for just 30 minutes to avoid getting towed, and her car was towed for not shopping at the center. Where can visitors park???? $380 to get the car out of the tow yard. Horrible!!
