I’ve lived here for almost my full year of my rental lease. Management has changed 3x. Maintenance been non existing until December, and it’s still slow. I have reported over 10-15 maintenance issues and they were half As**d addressed. There is mold that they painted over to cover in December in my kitchen pantry (I moved in April) there is a SEWER line back up, that back ups my bathtub every single day, minimum 5x a day, and it’s gross. Easily the worst apartment I've ever stayed in. 10000000000000000% avoid. Management does not care. Everything the owner (3x replaced since I've lived here for a year) doesn't care about (09/13/2022): 1. Constant weekday after 11:00pm sound problems. Oh yeah, heavy bass under your bedroom until 1-2am with no reply from management when you ask for mediation. If I could put 0 stars I would. This was the worst place I have ever lived. I only stayed a month and had to break the lease because of how bad it was. Maintenance is just horrible over there and whenever you call the office no one is ever there to take your call.which is funny because when we were applying they took our calls all the time and were so helpful then as soon as we moved in it went downhill.
