Difficult place to rate. After 4-5ish years living there, and moving out a couple months ago, my most useful review would be: It went from terrible management to good management over the years. The best management has been recently. Make sure to do an in-person tour to know what you're paying for. Also, it's cozy, but more of a keep-to-yourself neighborhood vibe as far as I experienced.
Have been so comfortable living here and the apartments/ landscaping is quite cozy and pretty! Desiree was attentive and so helpful with providing info for any of our questions. Our neighbors have been friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet! Would recommend to friends and family
I liked the attention that Desiree gave me very friendly, and everything quickly I was very happy with the apartment
I have enjoyed living here so far, the process was easy and don’t have any complaints. Management is quick and reliable. Shoutout to Desiree for assisting me and making this my new home!
Had an appointment set up for 5pm. Even talked with someone on the phone Monday to confirm. She said she was going to email me over some information, including near by schools. Never received an email. Showed up at 4:50 to meet to see the complex. No one ever showed up to show me the apartment. No call or message saying they couldn’t make it. and at 4:48 on my Zillow account the appointment that used to show was no longer there. What a waste of time
