Great Apartments Nice and quiet apartments and close to A&M. Management is awesome and maintenance was always there if I had any issues.
All-around great experience I have lived here for 2 years out of my 4-year tenure as a student at Texas A&M, and I couldn't have asked for a better living situation. I have benefitted greatly from living here in close proximity to the University. The complex is very well managed by Lina, who is a very sweet lady and is always reachable and accommodating. Excellent management Lina is an sweet and attentive landlord who really cares about her tenants. I've lived here for a couple of years and absolutely loved my little treehouse loft. A peaceful and cozy place to live!

Long Time Resident, Love! I have lived here since 2015 and I love how cozy my 1 bedroom 1 bath is. This is the perfect size for a couple. The management has changed multiple times since I've lived here but currently we have the best management that has ever been here. The area is very quiet and safe. There are two bus stops in walking distance as well as being about 10 minutes walking distance from campus!
Great place to live! I had the cutest little loft here! The management was helpful and the maintenance was always great and on top of everything. Very quiet and peaceful area and so affordable! Would definitely live here again if I move back to the area.
