The only downside, manager is rude and disrespectful! I hope he change is attitude for future tenants..
The manager is unbelievably rude and dismissive. When you bring something up he says he "doesn't have time to talk" not a good place.
I have lived at this place for a year and can say that it's one of the best hidden gems in the area. The rent is affordable, there's a pool, one assigned parking, close to Sprouts, Target, the DMV, 99 Ranch, and so many food places. The downside is street parking. However, the pros outweigh the cons!
