Great experience living in 2 of their properties. The staff is always helpful and nice. They keep all the community areas clean. Would definitely recommend!
I’ve lived in Nuvo at Park place for over 4 years and have had a great experience. The leasing office staff are always friendly, responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Property is well maintained, clean and feels safe. It’s also conveniently located near many restaurants. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home!
I’ve lived at NUVO Park Place for almost 2 1/2 years, and I haven’t moved because I truly love my apartment! The location is unbeatable—close to everything I need, and the neighborhood is walkable and convenient. The complex is affordable, and the leasing office staff is always helpful. I can always count on Manager Marilyn and Assistant Victoria for any questions or maintenance requests. They’re both friendly and responsive. I’ve even recommended this community to friends and family. It’s been a great place to call home!
The property management has been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Very glad I chose Nuvo
