I would not recommend renting here based on my experience. Don’t waste your money or time. I paid a total of $2,363.37 within less than 30 days of moving in, which included $1,033.87 for March (prorated rent and deposit) and $1,329.50 for April rent. Despite paying this amount, the unit was not properly prepared or maintained at move-in. I moved in on March 16, and the apartment was not clean. I've lived here for 2.5 years and I love it! The office staff is so kind and helpful, the property is super safe, clean and well maintained, and any time I've ever submitted a maintenance request it has been resolved within 24 hours.
Great place to live. Have lived here for 5 years now. Location is amazing. You’ll be close to everything. The neighborhood is walkable and pet friendly. Plenty of bars and things around to go to if you want. And the leasing office staff is amazing! Quick to get things resolved and very easy to talk to.
The apartments themselves are great. Cute layouts but you do share a balcony if you have one of the upper level apartments which is just luck of the draw on neighbors. You must be fine with sharing space and a bit less privacy than conventionally styled apartments. Management is great, very communicative.
