We’ve lived here for almost 3 years & have loved it. The complex is in such a good neighborhood with tons of places within walking distance. Marilyn & Victoria in the office are always super helpful with any issues and work quickly to get anything resolved. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to move in the area!
I highly recommend this property ! They have amazing costumer service Marylin Duran and Victoria valladares are such sweethearts 🫶 what ever you need they are willing to help and get what you need done. Moving here was the best decision I could have done ☺️ everything is very peaceful and everyone is to there self, also there way to secure the property is amazing !

I’ve lived in Nuvo at Park place for over 4 years and have had a great experience. The leasing office staff are always friendly, responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Property is well maintained, clean and feels safe. It’s also conveniently located near many restaurants. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home!
I’ve lived at NUVO Park Place for almost 2 1/2 years, and I haven’t moved because I truly love my apartment! The location is unbeatable—close to everything I need, and the neighborhood is walkable and convenient. The complex is affordable, and the leasing office staff is always helpful. I can always count on Manager Marilyn and Assistant Victoria for any questions or maintenance requests. They’re both friendly and responsive. I’ve even recommended this community to friends and family. It’s been a great place to call home!
