Great management team, apartments with charm, perfect location!!!
I really enjoy the pond to fish in and all the great amenities. The office staff and maintenance are also really good. Park Place also accepts packages for residents which is great because, I do work a lot. If you are looking for a great place to call home, i would recommend Park Place!!
If you haven't been here, you are missing out. Park Place is a place you can easily call home. We have lived here for 5 years now and can't imagine leaving. They have a pond behind their salt water pool, where you can fish, walk your dog around the pond, they have a fire pit, bbq grills, a playground, dog park, you name it. When we first moved to the area, we read some disgruntled reviews, however they were from the previous mgmt company. We really enjoy it here and can't wait until you experience it for yourself.
Park place was an amazing place to live . The management was professional and very polite. The maintenance people were super quick and polite also , anytime I had a problem which was rare they came out super quick to fix it. I’m actually sad that my husband and I moved back to nc. It’s a really great area and a really friendly vibe.
Park Place Apartments is a wonderful place to live! It was mine and my husband's first home together and we lived there for 3 years. There's so many amenities to take advantage of, as we did! The atmosphere is very calm and quiet, and walking around the pond with our dog was always relaxing. The maintenance staff was professional and fixed issues in a timely manner when we had them. Everything breaks down, either never gets fixed or takes forever. Can't live comfortably in this apartment because of all the maintenance issues. Front office staff is great until you present an issue, then they turn on you. We really thought we were going to love it here. Can't wait to move.
