RecommendedPark Place is the place to live in Saint Mary's! The office staff is absolutely amazing. They are always kind and ready to assist with anything. The maintenance staff is also super quick at responding to any problems you may have and are very kind as well! The newly renovated gym is great and the pool is beautiful. The residents are super friendly too! Love it here!
Park Place is a very nice place to live especially for military members and there families since it is affordable and close to the the base. The staff is great and very helpful you can tell that they care about the people living here
The office staff is terrific, all the new happenings. Love the new gym and pool which is my favorite.
Currently living here and so quiet and feel safe! first home away from Texas to be with my husband and I feel right at home and making friends! the place is very pretty and cannot wait to use the pool. I also love the fact it's near the base so it's an easy ride there and back for me and the husband! they are also very affordable and very quick to fix anything around the apartment! LOVE LOVE LOVE! only down side is seeing roaches every now and then, but cant help that living on the 1st floor and it's hot outside! but they ar... read more
Amazing property and great staff!
Great place to live and affordable. They have always taken care of any issues pretty quick and if they take longer is because there are other apartments with emergency maintenance issues(obviously that comes first). The maintenance staff is quick and very respectful. Office staff is very nice too. i have been living here for over 3 years and so far i am pleased. The apartments are not brand new but they are very comfortable. If there is something i would complain is the fact that some people do not pick up after their dogs b... read more
