Where My Mama Mary and Papa Daniel lived
Came here to visit a friend. I feel so bad for her. Her AC has been broken for almost a month. I couldn’t stay in her hot apartment for long! The hallways are filthy! Trash, cobwebs, and just plain disgusting. Roaches all over her apartment. I told her to complain but she said that it would be a waste of time. It’s sad how much they charging for people to live like this.
I put in a $300 holding deposit back in June and got denied. Now it is the month of August and I have yet to still receive my money back . I keep getting the run around wait a week every two weeks. I got a email saying they sent it out August 1st but here it is August 25th I have YET to see it. I don't appreciate a business not giving me MY MONEY back because $300 is a lot of money especially if you have a child to take care of .
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I started living with my now husband here a little over a year ago and the problems began before I even moved in. Trash being left on cars including mine. From water stains on the ceilings that would continue to grow. To mystery water on the carpet that would come to the bathroom doors. The multiple times the water would burst from the pipes outside and flood our apartment, then actually saying they fixed it then seeing the pipe covered in an electrical tape.
