If I could give none or negative stars, I would. This is no fault of the local property management; we have had 7 property managers since I moved in 4 years ago. The PM and maintenance are doing their best but are actively being held back from fixing ANY of the major issues with the property by their superiors and the owner. One maintenance person is not enough for a 40-year-old property that has been neglected by the current owner. Do not move here they do not fix anything and the office lady is hobblingi Iive there for a year and had multiple offices lady’s and the maintenance is horrible if you can move elsewhere it’s not worth the money and fyi the got roaches in the k building i was told that I can come get my things after I got put out on yesterday and I went back today I spoke to the new manager and she said I can come get my belongings and I come their and it was a different story but that’s not was told me on the phone long story short if you g... read more
Great place to live large rooms lots of space Crystal is an awesome property manager.
OMG! Can I tell you how Freaking Amazing not just the property and staff, but have a seat while I dish out the Tea!!! Let's talk about the property MANAGER Crystal,not only does she have hair to die for she is the icing on the cake! She truly cares about her tenants! And she shows it on every turn. Crystal is definitely the spin of this property. She is a people person and a great leader for her team. I will never move from here as long as this company has her in the driver's seat! Diva Garland
