The most beautifully made apartment we've ever lived in. There is so much detail throughout the unit. Nice appliances, closets, cabinets, laundry & the bathrooms are spa-like. Management is great and has made living here so easy.
Great place to live, super close to shopping! When we moved in everything was sparkling and people in the office really made us feel welcome :) Great neighbors!
Terrible apartment and management The washing machines are very dirty. Every time you get dirt residue on your clothe. The apartment management refused to clean those washing machines.For months I've got pink measles and spot in my skin finally I found the root cause was the washing machines. In spring and summer you may be bitten by unknown bugs. Excessive noise. Garage door sometimes locked you out. Broken Elevator - 2 Months no updates ... 08/03/2016 The elevator has been broken for over 2 months in a 3 story building. There are a total of 3 elevators in the building but they are each in different wings of the complex. When you pay $1200 a month or more there is an expectation that repairs will be made in a reasonable time. If they would at least update the tenants so we know when to expect a fix which would be the right thing to do. I have lived here for a year and really like it. The staff is nice and very responsive. The rent is less than the south of the river 1-bedroom average. The office will take packages when people are out. Cats are welcome. The complex is fairly quiet and there are coin operated laundry machines on each floor. I plan to make this my home for a long time.
Worst apartments in the metro area – I have to say, this is the worst place i have ever lived in. the management of this place is the worst. after only 6 months of living there im already counting the days till my lease ends. this place actually told everyine living there that if they have anything they dont like on the balconey, they will come into their apartment and remove it, then fine them $100, this even included a cooler. last i checked that was called theft. they offer no storage rooms, have small kitchens with no ca... read more
