I will start with the appliances ,, dishwasher , refrigerator and oven/ stove have not worked for over 3 months . I have contacted the office half a dozen times to no avail . RATS RATS AND MORE RATS !!!!! As of today my AIR CONDITIONING has been out for 6 days .maintenance promised to fix it days ago ,, they have not... it's 87 degrees in my apt !!!! ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They expect residents to pay rent when they have no regards at all to SERIOUS MAINTENANCE ISSUES... I AM CONTACTING A LAWYE... read more
