So far since coming here, I’ve had a few issues. Can’t hook up fiber optic because the last people two months ago didn’t disconnect and retaliation because I had a birdfeeder removed off of my patio. That was the residence upstairs so he continues to stomp on the floor upstairs. The floor is cement, which is a higher noise barrier than if it was constructed with wood, so it is on purpose. The years I lived at Park Place were great. I wish I had never had to move. Malissa, the office manager, always went above and beyond for me and my dog, Rosco. Jerry, head of maintenance, was the nicest and most competent maintenance worker that I've ever had since living in apartments after my divorce. The two of them set the bar so high, no other apartment manager or maintenance even comes close. Again, I wish I still lived there. If you're thinking of moving to Park Place, do it!
