The years I lived at Park Place were great. I wish I had never had to move. Malissa, the office manager, always went above and beyond for me and my dog, Rosco. Jerry, head of maintenance, was the nicest and most competent maintenance worker that I've ever had since living in apartments after my divorce. The two of them set the bar so high, no other apartment manager or maintenance even comes close. Again, I wish I still lived there. If you're thinking of moving to Park Place, do it! Excellent apartments, well worth the rent price. Well kept, responsive management, helpful maintenance, zero safety concerns.
