The owners were super helpful and responsive. Facility is well maintained. Plenty of room to maneuver your trailer safely. I would definitely recommend them and use them if I need storage again.
Super easy to rent, all done online. Well lit facility with 24 hr access, and very nicely kept storage facility. Great amenities, with onsite dump station, as well as water and electricity. Buildings are very spread out, leaving tons of room to easily maneuver your trailer/boat, regardless of the size. Great second exit onto Purgatory road, so you don’t have to pull out into traffic on 306.
Horrible experience. Do not recommend this storage facility. Their agreements are unreasonable. We kindly asked for a notice since we’re transferring with work, but was told it’s was not possible. They asked us to buy out the “lease” for over $3000 !!!! Be cautious!!!!
It’s ok. Used to be really good. Under the new ownership there have been some issues. I like that they added a dump station. This is a plus. They’ve added a ton of spaces especially covered for locking spaces. However, they’ve neglected the care and maint. Of the facility. We have big ruts in the road base that wreak havoc when backing in and pulling out. Have asked they be addressed but nothing has happened so far.
