Horrible experience. Do not recommend this storage facility. Their agreements are unreasonable. We kindly asked for a notice since we’re transferring with work, but was told it’s was not possible. They asked us to buy out the “lease” for over $3000 !!!! Be cautious!!!!
It’s ok. Used to be really good. Under the new ownership there have been some issues. I like that they added a dump station. This is a plus. They’ve added a ton of spaces especially covered for locking spaces. However, they’ve neglected the care and maint. Of the facility. We have big ruts in the road base that wreak havoc when backing in and pulling out. Have asked they be addressed but nothing has happened so far. Dry Dock and Lock is the best storage facility around. Great security, clean, easy access and each enclosed unit has lighting and electricity. Sara (manager) is the BEST. She always returns text/phone calls and assists in any way possible. Sara is very courteous and takes the time to answer all our questions. We rent more than one unit and our experience has been fantastic. Thank you Sara for all you do. I highly recommend Dry Dock and Lock for your storage needs.
Been storing my boat here for years and love this place. Open 24hrs and cameras was a big deal for me.
