lack of communication I would not go there.... Overly priced and takes too long just to see a dentist... One time i went at my scheduled time and waited 30 mintues and then went into the room and waited another 15 mintues... then the dentist came in and said cannot work on me that the dentist that normally works on me was on Vacationa and did not want to touch me... yeah hate them!!
I felt like I was at a car lot! If I wasn't there in person I would say its almost as bad as a telemarketer (very pushy)but in this case it was like going to a car lot! I had a HMO dental plan and decided this office was close to home so I went ahead with this office. I had an appointment knowing I would have to get some work done well on my first visit I was t here from 11:30AM to 4:30PM. Very bad service and bad experience I wish I knew that this was the bad dentist (who charged them so excessively that the insurance can't cover all the cleaning only expenses) that my coworker went to before I made the appointment. Unbelievable You can really tell which comments were made by employees. I have a long and terrible story, but won't share because they still have to fix some things. The girls are hot and friendly, the equipment seems nice, however, the other day I waited for an hour an a half. What is the point of an appointment? You have my phone number...call if you are running late. They ran so late, they ended up not having time to even fit me in to their schedule...what the hell? Hold on to your wallet... Park Place Dental are scam artists. They will sell you every costly procedure they can get away with. My girlfriend was told she needed 3 crowns done, which even with insurance was going to cost $2,000 out of pocket. They also told her she needed braces. She is a poor college student, so she told them she wanted to think about it before agreeing to anything that expensive. They gave her heavy sales pressure to sign on the dotted line before leaving the office, and acted like her teeth would fall out... read more
Awsome place This place is aaaaaaaawsome. I got a tooth ache and they were able to see me right away. The receptionist was nice and the dentist was great. They fix my tooth well. I got my crown on the same day as well. There was no pain and I was quickly on my way. The price was even lower than most places I checked. I would definitely come back here again and will recommend to all my family and friends.
Patient Way back in 2006, Park Place Dental group ruined my Molars. These were teeth 14 and 15. The greedy liars told me that I had cavities when in fact, I did not. The butcher dentist drilled too close to the nerves. I had to have root canals done on both teeth to get out of the pain. They got away with it because I complained to Blue Cross who covered it up. If they mess you over, get an attorney! They are money hungry creeps who do not care if you get ill from their greed. Stay away!!!
