Currently living in University View, a resident of 3 years with no late or missed payments. Their gate malfunctions and caused over $2500 in damage to my vehicle and have refused to offer any help. I have been a resident longer than this company has owned university view, so I guess it now has to turn to a legal battle. I will never live in any facility associated with this company.
