Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I have moved in two months ago. the neighbors who live upstairs constantly make loud noises. it seems that someone keeps on dropping heavy objects on the floor repeatedly. the whole day this procedure goes on. There is a constant running of a kid/child and loud thumping noises. There is not a single minute where i can relax.
