The Best! I wanted to share my experience In regards to customer service and being hands on!! Ive had the best experience since I lived here! I moved in around 2018 and still to-date I get treated with care and priority!

Excellent Place to live The apartment is clean and nice. The grounds are kept clean. I haven’t had any issues at all. It’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and hwy 85. The staff is very polite.

RENTER'S BEWARE. WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN THE AREA If I could give -10 stars I would... Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is the worst I could have ever had to deal with. They don't fix things. They get mad when going into your apartment. As if you are asking for a favor. Everything is so poorly performed. The trash disposal area gets absolutely disgusting. Do Not Move Here Ever! This neighborhood is terrible. The first month moving here with my toddler, we had a mouse in our apartment. The management put my concern off for months before anything was done. Recently I heard scratch noises of another mouse. This place is infested with roaches and ants. Not waterbugs, but roaches. Absolutely Disgusting...DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roach infested!! They are all over the place they crawl on my plates spoons forks toothbrushes. One time it fell off of the ceiling onto my bed. The mailboxes had been burned for so many months and I had to drive 15 minutes to get my mail. Pool is never open... It would be nice if the very clean sparkling pool advertised on apartments.com was actually the pool we could use. Trash and empty alcohol bottles all over the place.
