Excellent Place to live The apartment is clean and nice. The grounds are kept clean. I haven’t had any issues at all. It’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and hwy 85. The staff is very polite.

RENTER'S BEWARE. WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN THE AREA If I could give -10 stars I would... Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is the worst I could have ever had to deal with. They don't fix things. They get mad when going into your apartment. As if you are asking for a favor. Everything is so poorly performed. The trash disposal area gets absolutely disgusting.
