to stop going up on the water bills, fix things in the residents apartments... open the swimming pools.... get rid of the rat infestation.... stop taking the residents money.... stop charging all the residents the same amount for utilities....
I lived here two years last summer they raised rent $50 and now this feb they raised it 150 more to 950 this place is ghetto gunshots and adults beating kids up and stabbings I do not recommend living here they are greedy and there washers and dryers are always broken trash everywhere parking lot and dumpsters always got trash scattered everywhere pool has been closed down since I live here my dish washer has never worked and asked to get it fixed but they never did still waiting 8 months later roaches everywhere!

Why because apartment#5 has a drug dealer selling ice out of her room. If management would get right people to go check they will find residue in there if not more. She thinks she can get away with anything.
They need to be closed down or put under new management. The management there sucks big time, they want to fine you for not changing things on time, when they didn't even notify you that it had to be done. Then you tell them you need something to be worked on they don't do it. It's full of roaches. When they give you a 24 hour notice to move, and you talk to one of the ones in charge and everything is worked out then the other one comes and says something different.
