I can’t even begin to describe this place. Since the time I’ve moved in til today it has been a joke. There has been more than 4 office staff since I moved in 2025, pest control is HORRIBLE! I’ve had to buy my own to deal with the disgusting and terrible infestation of roaches that just don’t stop. Appliances go out and they don’t fix it they give you complete run around. The office stuff has been great to work with. Brenda is very professional, responsive and always willing to help. Maintenante has also been excellent.
Juan Carlos came to my apartment the first day assist the problem told me that he would be back and he actually came but only did he return he did it excellent job now I can watch dishes and cook food. I’m sincerely grateful for his professionalism and his punctuality.. thank you
