This is a family owned business for 20 years. They helped me out in a pinch last week and were very accommodating, pleasant and fair. Go here!
Worst customer service, terrible language barrier. She said she would call me later in the day with estimate and time frame for repair….Never called, I had to call back the next day. Outrageous estimate to fix a piece that was only$7.99. Wanted to charge me $110, and started working on it without calling me. When i arrived the next day to just pick it up, she refused to give me my blower. I had to call the police to get her to release my property. I visited this establishment for the first time today. The service was excellent as well as the quality and timeliness of the repair. This is a very honest and fairly priced shop. I would absolutely recommend them in the future and I will return when I need additional service.
Repaired 1 generator, 2 chain saws and a weedeater. Quality work fairly priced. Jenny was very sweet!
